Author: Christophe Dujarric

I've been working in Product Management for some years now. You can view my full resume on LinkedIn, if you'd like to know more. My articles are my own thoughts, based on current and past experiences, of my own or my network's, as well as my readings. I believe that Internet businesses need proper Product Management to be successful, and that many might lack of it. Product Management is more than just "Product Ownership" as Agile would lead to think. It impacts your whole organization, top-down, left-to-right. It's the way to make sure that everyone is in line and focuses on the same objectives. It's the way to make sure that you actually bring a solution to a person's problems, and that this person will be willing to pay for it. Besides, I'm a very happy husband, and father of a beautiful son. I'm French and American. I've lived in France, the Netherlands and Germany. I love movies and video games (even if getting less and less time to play). I'm an archer and a casual golfer.

I've had the honor of being invited to share some of my experiences on thatpodcast.io. 44 episodes so far, on a podcast that feels like a really nice fireside chat. About what? Pretty much everything. Dave and Beau will tell you better. Essentially, that is about geek culture, dad's life, tech SaaS ventures and all …

Of egos and organizations

Egos can be your doom, just as much as your good fortune. They should thrive in what they do, with no overlap with the rest of the team, nor left-asides.

Responding to change

Plans make us feel safe. And even if they're useful, we'll reach success by getting out of our comfort zone.
